1st Floor
One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. A luxury fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Sitting and dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and music system. Double doors lead onto the balcony with additional table and chairs for A'l Fresco dining, whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of the mountains, valley and the sea beyond.

Ground Floor - Self Contained
One double bedroom. Shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. Kitchen with microwave oven/grill and fridge. Sitting and dining room with sofa bed, dining table, TV, DVD player and panoramic views overlooking the private swimming pool and valley.

All rooms excluding the kitchens and shower rooms have Air-Conditioning. Please note there is no internal access between floors.

Outside
There is a well maintained garden with stepped terraces leading down to the private swimming pool which enjoys sun throughout the day. Here you will enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and citrus plantations in the valley below. There is an outside seating area with table and chairs, sunloungers and BBQ

There is also private parking for two cars at the front of the villa.

Getting There
The villa is approximately 1 hour drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport on the A7 motorway. Both airports are served by a number of low cost and scheduled airlines.

Note
Bath and hand towels are supplied but please take your own beach towels.

The pool area has been secured by attractive wrought iron fencing and is accessed by either one of two gates. However, due to the natural stepped terraces in the garden the villa may not be suitable for very small children.
